Pager Number
|
| Enter only the 7 digit pager number of the person you wish to page. Do NOT include area codes, dashes, parentheses, or spaces. If you are trying to page a subscriber and you do not know the recipient's pager number, you must contact that individual to gain access to his or her pager number. GTA does NOT provide pager numbers of it's subscribers. |

Message |
| Enter desired text message for Alphanumeric pagers or phone number for Numeric pagers. The maximum length of a message is dependent on the pager type. Alphanumeric pagers (e.g. Advisor or Advisor Gold) have either an 80 or 120 Maximum Character Length (MCL). Numeric pagers (e.g. Bravo series) have a MCL of 20 numbers. Spaces and punctuation are counted as a part of the MCL. If you exceed these limits you will receive an error message indicating that you have exceeded the MCL. If you receive this message, use the BACK button in your browser to return to the original message, reduce the message, and re-submit.

Pager Type |
| Choose "Alphanumeric" when sending a text message. Choose "Numeric" when sending a telephone number where you wish to be contacted. |

Message Delivery |
| After
selecting the "Send Page" button, please wait for a confirmation message. This may take several seconds. The confirmation message indicates that your message has been received by the Paging Server but does NOT guarantee that a message has been delivered to the recipient's pager. If you have time-critical or emergency messages you should request the recipient to confirm receipt of your message or send those messages through other communications services. |

We strongly encourage customers who have time-critical or emergency messages to request recipient(s) to confirm receipt of their message(s) and plan for alternative means of delivering these types of messages. Typical reasons why a page may not be received include: Internet service interruptions or delays, pager is turned off, pager has a weak battery, pager is inoperable, pager is outside of coverage area, etc. |
